Fablemaker is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create storyboards, characters, worlds, and generate video content using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using Fablemaker, including storyboards, characters, and generated videos.

License to Us: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is owned by you, subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers (Google).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fablemaker to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Resell or redistribute the service without permission
Generate content that violates the policies of our AI providers

6. Payment and Credits

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
Credits are non-refundable
New subscribers may request a full refund within 5 days of their first subscription
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. During the early access period, the service is provided "as is" and may undergo significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fablemaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
